Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 4/2024 establishes the Thirty-Fifth Investment Zone in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The decision approves the conversion of specific lands into this investment zone, as indicated in the attached plans. The Department of Municipalities and Transport is instructed to carry out the necessary procedures in accordance with the approved rules. The decision was issued on January 15, 2024, and published in the Official Gazette of Abu Dhabi, Issue 1 of 2024, on page 33. The Secretary-General of the Executive Council, Saif Saeed Ghobash, signed the decision.
